Contacting a domain owner

Hey guys,

I'm interested in a .co.uk domain that is already registered. I've checked the whois info which shows the owners address but no email. The domain has no website and so I presume it might be available to purchase. What would be the best way to go about buying the domain? Send a letter? If so, does anyone have any tips on how to construct it best?

All you can really do is send a letter to the address listed in the registry, but often I've seen that .co.uk registrations don't show the whole address in a lot of cases. You can also check at sedo.com or other marketplaces to see if the domain is listed there for sale. Good luck.
