Size Requirements: Nothing specific, preferably in the 256x256 range.
Color Requirements: Nothing specific, just not gray-scale or red.
General Requirements: Innovative design that does not resemble any "ticket" companies currently out there.
Additional Information: We would like to see a ticket-stub or some sort of icon incorporated into the design. We are also open to designs that include the entire company name, the TD initials, or a combination.

We will be selecting a winner on the 30th, however, we did want to let you all know there is the possibility of us choosing a "runner up" to secure a second design as well.
