Google AdWords Data:

Suggested bid: $0.36 ... not $1.17
Competition: Low ... not High

# ads in Google: Zero

Try selling it to the other 2 developed sites. If they want it, maybe they'll pay a few grand.

Otherwise, high $xxx to $1,xxx at best.

Wholesale it would be lucky to get $xx offers.

This domain has a clear purpose (for a change) but it's only good to put up a tutorial.
It's not really commercially viable. Cisco and the like don't need that kind of domain.

So my suggestion would be to put quality contents, and tools like CIDR calculators, DNS tools etc.
Talk about Ipv6 too.

Again, sensible domain but not sellable.

I certainly don't have the time to develop it. Lets see if i can make a quick sale with it, or not.
