Hellp guys,

What do you think of the price?

Have a solid offer on the table.
In two minds about it.

I personally think it is one of the best robot names.

But again...it is a Product based domain..and not a service based name.
So will be a long hold for another good offer.

What would you suggest as a reasonable price for a sale on it?

Thanks guys.

P.S.:- Please don't quote.

$10k+ for an enduser, 4 - 7k for a reseller.

Is the cctld owner your buyer ?

I too think you may never get another chance to sell it.

$5K-$10K seems right to me....

Take the first one ;)
i'm pretty sure that he's just emphasizing that you should obviously just take the third one.

personally I'm a little confused...With an offer as high as 10k, you obviously got lucky enough for an end-user to come along. This offer is on the high-end for sure, you need to take the money.

Yep, the third offer is a very good one. I would take it:

krobot.com 5,000 USD 2014-05-16 Sedo
yrobot.com 5,000 USD 2014-05-16 Sedo
hrobot.com 5,000 USD 2014-05-16 Sedo
arobot.com 2,250 USD 2014-09-03 Private

I only asked for an appraisal, thanks for that. ;)

Thanks Guys.

I would certainly consider all your valuable views. I was about to reject the offer, as I have personally always believed in this name.
Also, I would want to reach out to a few other robotics companies before selling it, so that I would always have the satisfaction that I tried my best to sell it, at the best possible price I could.

I have no cash flow issues, and have received these offers in last 3 months only.

Hi Nitin,

IMHO, Its a great name and implies "Virtual Robot" or "VR Robot".

Yep, the third offer is a very good one. I would take it:

krobot.com 5,000 USD 2014-05-16 Sedo
yrobot.com 5,000 USD 2014-05-16 Sedo
hrobot.com 5,000 USD 2014-05-16 Sedo
arobot.com 2,250 USD 2014-09-03 Private

Thank you for the info..... But this domain is just different and high class compared with above sales....

Here "V" is not just another initial but implies an specific industry (VR).

I have no cash flow issues, and have received these offers in last 3 months only.

Hold the domain..... at the least it will fetch $25K +

if random letter + robot is good for 5k i wouldnt put vrobot at anything under 20k, to only go double from krobot or yrobot to Vrobot just doesnt make much sense imo...

You could put a site on it that you believe will benefit the prospective buyers. Targeted traffic of xx,xxx+month may boost your sale to mid xx,xxx.

Or hold for the long term and let the offers trickle in...

A mega giant with deep pockets very likely will want to brand the name ...then the value is potentially high xx,xxx+

You may want to purchase vbot dot com

Owner has an error page on it...

v is better than x!

the first appraisal was meant as a super rock bottom reseller baseline.

Have you countered the 10k?

Thanks @Compassion.

The guy raised his offer from $4k to $10k in 4 days. And also, I can sell to him later on as well. The only point is that I wanted to at least reach out to other companies, before I close this sale.

As I have made three 5 figure sales by reaching out to the end users in last 4 months.
