This domain thus have great potential either for regulatory gov. agencies which are dealing with insurance providers, or it can be used for comparing healthcare systems, plans, etc, in different countries, lets say, there are so many different uses.

It is difficult at this stage to give any valuation, as if large global insurance corporation will see that they can utilize the domain, they can pay significantly more then local insurance company which can utilize domain for some local marketing purposes.
