Company with similar domains

Hello I'm about to get a domain which has only 4 leads.1 of them is a big company and through whois , I was able to get an email.Further researching I found out that it's the director's email( through linkedin) and thanks to whoislogy I was able to check he owns about 20 similar domains.

My domain is the exact product and they have all gtlds for that except .Com which are redirecting to "NameUsa.Com". Suppose the domain I have is "Name.Com" , they're using NameUsa.Com as their main website, whereas I checked their facebook etc and their company has "Name" as their brand.

Do you think this is a good lead and I should backorder the domain?

The way you described the prospect it is definitely a good lead. BUT keep in mind it is just 1 lead and you mentioned a total of 4 leads. If these people do not write you back or just say they are not interested then you ran out of leads pretty quickly. The more leads a domain has the better as this gives you more chances for outbound marketing.

I would say do not get this domain there is just not enough lead. 15 to 20 leads should be the minimum and preferably a lot more. How are you checking to see how many potential leads a domain has?
