isn't it just common courtesty to answer a PM? especially when you specifically request one? If you request them - be prepared to frickin' answer them.
Even if it's "No Thanks' - - You so crazy - Sorry - hahaha' doesn't matter - as long as you actually give the consideration of acknowledging the time someone took to answer your request.

It is the exception - not the rule - that someone will actually acknowledge they READ your pm.

Yea i hate it when it says someone has read your Pm but they never Pm you back...

Yep, it doesn't take long. It's not like old days when they'd have to write a letter and post it. It's the least they can do to take a few seconds to reply with something. My 2c anyway.

I agree. I sent some pm's but theres not even a reply saying no.

as rude as it is alot of people are busy.
they may get back to you a week later or so.
Alot of people here on namepros are busy people. Goes for anywhere really.
