Hey Laskos - nice layout and color combinations. Not being British, it took me a while to get the "bay" connection.

Normally I don't like flash, but your header is well made. And there will be enough text on the page to leave something for the SEs to chew on.

I take it the nav doesn't work yet - unless it is my Mac that isn't responding the any nav clicks.

Under real estate, separate the sales from the rent/lease bullets - two different markets, even though they are often handled by the same firm.
