their domain forwarding doesn't work even after waiting 24 hours....and customer care is more concerned about sales..after sales is worst...my ticket was replied late and lethargically and still not solved after 4 days,

That applies to domains transferred "in" to eWallhost. Domains registered at eWallHost can be transferred "out" after 60 days.
