Does anyone know where at www.ripn.net you can process the registration of a .COM.RU domain?
I wanted to register one today, but I cannot find the registration forms anymore at ripn.net ... Are no new registrations being accepted right now? Or where at RIPN's site can new registrations be processed?
We're talking about .com.ru here, which is not the same registry as .ru domains. Second-level Russian domains are done by nic.ru I believe (not sure) while third-level Russian domains are done by RIPN. I cannot find the registration forms at their site anymore though.
PS: not asking for opinions on .COM.RU as there already is a topic on that I believe. Just asking about where new registrations need to be processed.
