First they ask scan id for verification, next they cancel my order without any reason without refund either. I sent them support ticket and they said that there is a glitch on their system and my domain were actually unavailable when i paid for it. And still no refund yet, i have to reconfirmed again with therefund and i had to wait for their accounting/finance department... It already 2 days since their last email reply and i still not see any refund...

Lucky me i only bought 1 domain, surely will not register another domain with them...
