Coloring script needed

I am looking for a coloring script. I want to supply website visitors with a drawing or outline or photo which they can COLOR online. It would be great to have options where they could do different coloring techniques like with MS paint or photoshop, but only with the picture that I supply.

OR have a program where they can color and mix colors like tie dye a picture I supply.
