I'm looking to sell a template I purchased back in April of last year, mainly because I haven't found use of it yet.

It's coded and even has some sleek mouseovers for the navigation. Comes with PSD and all the html files.
I paid $250 for it and I'm looking for $225 or best offer. Only thing is - You cannot use the logos currently on the page.
There's currently a $100 bid at TalkFreelance. If BIN is not reached by Sunday Feb. 17th, it will go to the highest bidder. I reserve the right to not sell if the price isn't high enough.
