So i bet your thinking, why would he want to sell a site that makes $150 mo without having to maintain it?

My reason for selling the website is that it consumes around 40GB of bandwidth monthly, i cannot afford to have this website on my server because my bandwidth is currently so tight i am going over the limit monthly, and i already have got other debts and things to pay for.
