So, looking for opinions more so than appraisal values on a recent hand reg, where I went against some of my standard rules.
Although I would like a rough appraisal too.
I'll start with my own assessment, but would appreciate some opinions.
Domain: CognacReviews.com
My assessment: Not regged in other extensions per DotDB, which is a negative, but does get 260 exact match keyword searches per month (low but I am usually okay with this)
Potential buyer pool VERY limited, which detracts from value too, BUT probably THE BEST keyword domain name for a website that reviews different types of Cognac.
So, extremely targeted to the perfect end user, but they could also just choose another extension.
Without this scarcity, I will NOT be able to price too high.
All that in consideration, I am thinking maybe $500 just because it is so well targeted?
This is where I have the hardest time : pricing such a domain.
Looking forward to additional analysis and appraisals.
