if the .COM is worth $100,000

is the .CO worth $5,000? less? more?

Depends:

In strong hands, 10%.

In weak hands, 1-3%.

Some potential $100k+ .com are almost worthless in .co, especially some two word combos.

There is no one size fits all percentage that can be applied.
