.co.uk domains, .ie domains and .com

Hi,

I've just registered a domain name in Ireland .ie and then realised that the same domain name exists in both the UK .co.uk and US .com

Its a company domain name. Both UK and US companies are not related. Can you see any issues with this?

And if their are how do I work around them?

It's hard to say if that company has a trademark or not. But chances are, if they are different companies in the US and UK and they are not fighting over it, you shouldn't have any problems.
