Any thoughts about some of the best (possibly tried) CMS out there? I am not a coder though !!!

Wordpress for small to medium size sites.

Drupal, Joomla, or CMSimple for larger ones.

Wordpress is the easiest

I am working with wordpress for 5 years and it is easy to work with, there are a lot of free and premium themes and plugins.

WordPress always, best seo plugins like yoast and you can practically build any site from WordPress
