.club is great, but don't see it really competing with .com, .net, .org
It makes sense for those who own or wanted to own word+club.com, either as a hack or decent substitute.
I don't see having my company's or non-profits page at .club address, for example.

In addition, if keyword.com or keyword.org basically mean it is about the keyword, with club it also passes the notion that it is something a person has to join in some way. Which is not always a good thing.

And last, but not least, .com and others are 3 characters, club is four. And the difference in value could be, after factoring the rest of aspects, the same as between LLLL.com and LLL.com

Interesting. There seems to be a run on numbers this week. Earlier this week all remaining 4 characters were registered in .CLUB and this week I a Chinese investor bought 10750 5 number names (not showing up on name servers yet) . All the demand is coming from China. I like 00088.club

10,750 CLUB names by a single chinese man is a big figure, you can contract him a sub registry for CLUB.

Yesterday, a lot of numeric BIZs sold out, 11 Nov. is a great chinese shopping day.
