I have been doing a bit research on DE domains. I think german people prefer german terms rather than english terms. But there is market for english terms too, also DE has big market and cloud is current hot niche.
All three domains are exact business terms, It wont be hard to find enduser.
Low $XXXX is a good deal. If you find a right buyer you can expect much more.
