Cloudflare registrar changed domain reg date for an old .org domain

Hello,

having a strange issue with Cloudflare registrar service and an quite old .org domain, which i purchased for a good price and build a bit on the old registration date back in 2007, now transferred over to Cloudflare and they changed the registration date of the domain to 2018, never had such an issue with any registrar before.
Already wrote the support few days ago and still waiting for answer, but i (of course) never screenshot the whois of my domains, cause as far as i know, the registration date should be fixed.

I screenshot the free domaintools.com report to them and also said, that there was never a drop for the domain.

Has anyone ever had such an issue and maybe a good advice how to proceed and what are my rights?

I am thinking about transferring it back to Namecheap for testing and try out what date then pops up again.
