CLOUDFLARE: Mission Impossible

Any suggestions on how to get the Cloudflare default DNS changed? I have a free account and emailed them today at [email protected]. Below Here is their reply:

Check if it is in general settings.

If you registered your domain at cloudflare, you won't be able to change the nameservers.
As far as I know (had problems with).

Is this your problem?

Other than that, you can simply change your DNS (DNS / Records).

Cloudflare's free plan support can be tough, but check their forums or knowledge base for DNS adjustments.

Nameservers cannot be changed in free plan. DNS can.

In upper bar, click in Go To section and type the name of your domain, choose it and then, type DNS and choose DNS Records.

The free plan is restricted for nameservers. Your only option is to upgrade to move somewhere else.

You can get it changed if you have multiple Cloudflare accounts.

Let's say you have accountA and accountB.

When you added domain1.com to AccountA, an unique nameserver address will assigned to the accountA for the domain1.com. If you added the domain domain1.com to AccountB five minutes later, you will get another unique nameserver assigned to the accountB for domain1.com.

You can choose to add domain1.com to either AccountA or AccountB by changing the nameserver setting at registrar, just modify it to matched with the account you want the domain belong to.
