I've been using them for a week now for my Indonesian website. I asked them if it mattered that my website targeted Indonesia - they said no... I'm skeptical though.

What are your guys' opinion on Cloudaccess.net as a whole? I haven't found anything on the web reviewing them.

I've never heard of this company so I would look for a better source. I know there are a few cloud hosting services from reputable company such as LiquidWeb.com VPS.net and there is also one called storm its part of the liquidweb.net. Why not look at Dedicated servers or VPS or maybe even shared hosting or resellers in the indonesian web host. I know you can find some.

If you ask me, I hear about that company for the first time and would recommend you to deal with reliable and time-tested company.
Try to do a Search on their domain.

I did not hear about this company before. So so not have any thing to say. But i will must say please always choose the known and reputed hosting company for hosting services. So you can not see any error or any other annoying issue.

How long have they been providing hosting services?

It's a relatively new business. They are actually associated with Joomla somehow and CloudAccess.net is basically run by Joomla experts.

That said, I do find them expensive, but they do make life easier for those who are new to developing and do not have a clue with what's what.

I am not using them-they are on the expensive side.

I don't think there is anything to worry about. Joomla wouldn't just associate themselves with anybody.

Where are their servers located?

Their servers are located in the USA.

As for reviews, I am not sure where one could find that at this point as they are relatively new.

They do have a demo which you can use for free-no billing details required. So it's really free for the demo period-30 days that be.

That said, I have not tried their demo as I am quite happy with my current hosting service. So I cannot provide a review.

But they do have very detailed step-by-step tutorials, video and written, to do almost everything using Joomla and their system.

Right now, I think it would be best to review the service using their Demo trial for 30 days.

Why are you skeptical?

Have you been getting complaints from people in Indonesia, that they can't access the site?
