My first impression on it is too much text on the front page. Try to just summaries it in short and if user interested on reading more on the respective topic, they will click on the title and read further more.

I like the simple coloring.

This domain is as good if not better than cloud.me which sold for such a ridiculous price.

the site is clean and looks very nice.but I think the left panel could be a bit more stylist......it looks too simple.....well that's just my opinion.

I think you are making pretty good use of the wordpress template, you chose good colors, and the ads are not overwhelming. Overall I think it is good use of a template; not great.

I would create some custom pages for keywords and use them for those top right buttons where you have "about". I started using this same exact template, funny enough, for FlowerGirlDresses.info but I am about take it in a different direction creating my own template using CSS. I find this way to be best for making mini sites with content that won't be changing/added to daily.

No there aren't too much ads. The ads are well placed also. The color used gives a real cool look. It's a cold color, and gives gravity to the look. Design and layout is simple, and very clear. Overall it's a nice and cool site.

I Think if you have real traffic they are well placed ,but if you use pay to click or traffic exchanges I don't think they should watch the ads.../put them in left - next to the news for example/

Colors are cool-the site looks serious and this is good - also google ads colors are well chosen
