Hey Friend I am not worried about sold to someone. But here there was some confusion about Private sell, or Reserve Auction. But it was NO RESERVE Auction from day one. and Bid reached $325. I was highest bidder then seller send me email about $450 price. I am not worried at all. I am just sharing what I can so other friends can understand how did that happened. Thats it. Thanks.

yes no worries.
its a nice 4l domain but if it ends on auction with 30 bids at $450 seen and watched by god knows how amny people, then it's not cause it'll be worth 4500 one week later.

imo you didn't miss out on anything by not ghetting this domain. but I do wish the owner some profit of course. we all do.

Thanks to all who have replied with clarification.

At the very least we can say that y can be confused with e phonetically, so if we're going to insist y is a vowel, it is an inferior one.

I was educated in England and honestly say I've never heard y described as a vowel before, though I understand the case being made by some members.

The last letter Y is certainly vowel in this case, end of story is CVCV domain.

BTW @alcy I sold a lot of domains that I make 2-3 times profit in one week or just in hours (I also shared some of my sales in "Report Completed Sales" thread). Maybe I won't make it with this domain, but it is possible that you can make 3-5 times profit in one week.

what I really meant to say is that under the circumsntances we are discussing here ie:

a 4l.com liquid
bought at public AUCTION
on popular site like flippa/godad
it is extrmely rare to make such purchase and see its value go up 3-5 times within one week.

I am of course not referring to buying prior to some unforseen chinese price hike or other event. but during them. like we are now.

is it impossidble to happen, of course not. just very rare.
