there is no trademark from porsche for the word cabriolet. "Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet" is a trademark. Cabriolet is a word (roadster,cabriolet = convertible) for a type of topless cars.

Cabriolet by itself is a generic word.
If I am not mistaken, it has been around for several centuries.

sorry, my english is reduced for computer terminologies (programming).
but it it good for me to communicate things like trademarking and other domain relevant issues.
i don't take domain names from trademark holders. in my younger years *lol
i made this mistake once. i regged xbox*at early in the morning, without a coffee, not thinking
about consequences etc...this was real stress.

please explain me your position. who is the trademark owner ? cabriolet is a generic, real old word. porsche or audi or vw have no trademarks for this word, just trademarks for word combinations like "somecar r5 cabriolet" and other word combies.
and if !there would be someone out there who has a provable TM, I would present him this domain

is this a kind of "scare posting" ? "drop it or something bad will happen " ?

Werner...Did you check TESS? Yes, It is TM. YOU are guilty for having a TM and THEY have deeper pockets than you... The domain name is NOT that great in modern times UNLESS you regged it to make money off a TM...THEN. it could be ruled you regged it in 'bad 'faith'. You're here to learn. Several people have told you to get rid of it...Namaste.

i am not afraid and there is no fight. please stop your aggressive and abusive writting style. take a meditation or what ever you do for relaxing. i sold my first domain 2002. so what ? am i a new domainer or greenhorn ? if i will get a problem with tradmarks or whatever, it will be my problem not yours.
