I have noticed that some people use clipart as part of design contest entries. This can mislead the contest holder into thinking they own all the rights to an image, when in fact they have no rights over it at all.
Can there be a sticky message or alert...something...in place so people are advised against this? Better still, make it a NamePros rule NOT to use any clipart in contest entries.
It's an insult to people who actually do put time and effort into creating their own, original material.
