Does anyone think that numbers in domain names and numeral/keyword combinations might be increasing in value? Click2Compare.com sold for $35,000 Back2Basics.com for $4,000 this week as well as football360.com for $55,000

I had a number of domain names appraised here recently as reg fee that had striking keywords with the numeral 2 (meaning 'to'). These sales have convinced me that I was right to purchase them.

And I'm sure that ClickToCompare.com would not sell for $25,000

Hmm interesting. I would have to say that having numbers would be more common these days with so much slang being created and used on the internet. I am sure if you registered a domain like got2go.com or something it would sell pretty well.

I don't know who bought Click2Compare but I guess it is a perfect name for a online shopping site.
Good point about the slang snowbird. I guess the keyword/number combos will be increasing in value as well simply because of increasing rarity. Just as certain keywords preceded with an 'e' or an 'i' are going for almost what the keyword names alone were selling for a few years ago.
