Domain has existed since 2001. I have owned it since 2002. Currently leasing it to a US sign company.
Have had quite a few inquiries about selling it.
One came from the UK.
What do you think?

Seeing as that you're already leasing the name, you already have end user potential. It probably wouldn't be that hard to complete an outright sale in the range of $599-1199

yes if it's making you money don't change now and the value only goes up , you don't hear of that many people leasing domains so well done indeed !
