I recently registered the domain “moe.page,” but during the registration process, I received a Trademark Notice. The notice mentioned a potential conflict with the trademark “MOE,” registered in the United States by Magpul Industries Corp., related to firearm components.
The intended use for “moe.page” has no relation to firearms or related products; it’s intended for a completely different purpose. I reached out to the contact provided in the notice (Corsearch Domains) but have not received any response.
I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with similar situations. Specifically:
• Is it generally safe to proceed with using the domain if there’s no connection to the trademark’s industry (firearms)?
