I would suggest babelfish yahoo over google translator.
most of the time babelfish translate far better than google translator, especially if your chinese client is reading simplified chinese.

you should know if your chinese client either reading simplified or traditional.

I myself usually use www.zhongwen.com too, but the problem about that site is that you can not copy paste the mandarin to clipboard....

Well the translation software gives me an idea of what this buyer is saying, but at this point I'm guessing. I know he probably has the same questions and concerns, but everything is getting lost in the translation. Is there any members in China that can help me?
