The auction is not only for the domain name itself but also the federally registered trademark. I’m not sure what the mark is for but I’ll assume that it must be transferable.

Was curious about the TM. There are actually a ton of Longhorn TM's. This particular one is in regards to Remediation Services (Whatever those are). The .com isn't trademarked though.

I don' think the buyer should fear anything:

1)- Generic Dictionary word
2)- It carries a federal registered mark (most important protection)
