The layout is extremely dull. No real color scheme has been set. Just gray with images and links. Also, there seems to be no form of organization - it looks like it was quickly thrown together. If you want people to keep coming back, I would suggest making a new layout with a navigation bar, more colors, and just cleaner all around. Nice content though :D

well, hehehe I will review your site design, but please I will be honest that when I open your site and see the template, I'm confused because I don't know what should I start read. these are my review:

• Your width page is too wide on the right side, that makes the bottom bar of my browser very long hehe. You can decrease it to normal like 1000px or 980px. better.

• The header, it looks nice if you put small photo header there. And for the title, you can make the background title lighter than the photo picture. So people can read it clearly

• Create 3 column on you page. so you can put a lot of stuff there and looks good for visitor. you can put special video column, download, etc according to what you want. The video size also is better decreased.

• You should create special photo gallery page for your photo. they are too many number of photo there. While if you create special photo gallery page, you only need to put small thumbnail photo on you homepage and put the gallery link. it will be nice to see

• for the color, well I agree with debaclex, you should put some various color 2 or 3 different colors
