Cheapest .ws regs?

trying to find out where the cheapest .ws regs are... is godaddy the cream of the crop?

GoDaddy resellers, currently, such as DnFan.com (not my site!), are the cheapest I know of with $9.75 pricing for .WS

My experience is the same as beshop, GoDaddy resellers (wildwest) are cheapest falling under the $9.99 mark that Godaddy charges.
