yes, online only and paypal doesnt support ex-USSR countrys

That only works if the other guy has an account as well. If he doesn't, it'll cost about $50 to open one. That'snot very cheap IMO.

Look into moneybookers or ikobo - these two work.
Also, if it's a larger ammount (over $500) you could use Western Union - check out their rates first, they're pretty steep.
