Cheapest online bank to send wire transfers everywhere?

With the increasing problems that scammers are creating and affecting domain transactions with chargeback, I feel the need to increase the use of wire transfers so I`d like to get a list of the best and cheapest online banking service offering this safe way to pay and receive money and say goodbay to PayPal.

I thought to have a good one....till yestarday when I got charged AU$12 over AU$90 . They explained by saying it`s the standard flat fee for incoming payments from overseas.

but if you want a real bank account then maybe something in EU, because payments within EU are generally cheaper (I've heard that German banks have rather low fees) and maybe another account in USA, if payment from USA to EU are too expensive.

I know that MB is good but I still prefer to have something to receive all payments from Sedo/Moniker/Afternic/Snapnames/etc

I am sorry, i must have missed the "domain transaction" keyword there. You are right, PayPal is not suitable for sales of intangible goods.
