Whiz.in is having a .US sale for $5.39. You have to pay by Google a few hours in advance because they don't take paypal. Don't know if that is the lowest, but it is low.

There also is a trick at checkout where you click to buy then have to go to "my account" > payments to pay.

The owner is TK, a member here, and he does a good job.
