Cheapest .ORG transfer?

I'm looking for better rates to transfer some .ORGs.
So far I was able to find OVH (don't know anything about them yet) at $8.47 and Directnic at $8.99.

Please share if you are aware of any other offers.

I went with LCN this time, had a few .COMs transferred to them this month
thou I had to pay VAT. Are you guys facing the same thing with that?

@Jurgen Wolf 1and1 has such a bad rep and I had bad exp with them as well,
so I 'm always keeping away from them.

That's the standard transfer rate at LCN, there is no limit buddy

Well, it might be because I'm from EU and looks like UK is still operating under
the EU convention, they haven't left yet and that's why me as an EU resident
I have to pay the VAT.
