Cheapest .net/.com transfers?

I need to renew a couple hundred domains pretty soon, most are .net and .com.
They're currently at a quite expensive registrar, and I want to transfer them out to a cheaper registrar.

Which registrar currently has the lowest transfer prices for .net and which one for .com?

i wouldn't know, but you came to the right place.

but i have to warn you, before you transfer your domains to the cheapest registrar, factor in some things.

you get what you pay for. and if the rates are cheap, they are so for a reason. make sure that the registrar you transfer those domains to also have a long and reputable history on top of low rates. and that your not just going to them for the lowest rates. cause if that's the case, you'll end up having technical issues with them, losing your domains, confronting non-existent customer support and so forth

we've seen too many posts here about users getting hosed out of their domains
