The cheapest sale price is godaddy with a 99cent or $1.99 .com coupon.

With internet.bs, you have to fund your account with minimum of around $70 I think.

We're a relatively new registrar, but at cosmotown our .COM's are 8.99 for 1 yr out the door (no taxes or icann fees). For a 5-10 yr we are at 7.99/yr (registration, renewals, and transfers). .NET's start at 5.99/yr (5-10 yr plans). We don't have any promo offers, so with GoDaddy coupon codes etc, you'll be able to get a cheaper rate, but for one year only. I think our base prices are the lowest, especially on our multi-year plans... May not be too important to you domainers, but we offer WHOIS privacy for free as well.
