Yes, I tried connecting via a VPN too. As soon as I selected my country on the checkout page, price changed to 34 Euros. So nominalia and lcn offers are only for EU residents.

This offer was for limited time. But they did not provided when it's expiring. It's all on them after all it's limited period offer and they can run offers as they want.
