Cheap REGISTRARS for .de, .it, .fr, PayPal ONLY

I'd like to know the cheapest domain registrars which have .de [ Important ], .it, .fr and other European domains . They should accept PAYPAL.

Please list them here.

Godaddy has .de for 14.49 and they accept paypal.
and http://www.eurodns.com/ has the .it .fr but not sure
on paypal there. They also have the .de but Godaddy is cheaper.
