I have a domain at GoDaddy that I'd like to move away from there.

Besides EuroDNS, does anyone recommend any other registrar for .DE to transfer domains to?

Anybody can reg a .de domain.
If the domain holder does not reside in Germany then you have to appoint a local admin-contact. Some registrars can provide you with one, even for free.

I would rather choose a German registrar. INWX for example, there is an extra for the admin-c service but it's reasonably cheap.
