They charge you in £ not $ but they're great for .co.uk at £1.99 for 2 yrs!

haven't tried it yet though. but try to check it out
if it fits your needs.

they said they are ICANN affiliate but i don't see them

I forgot domainsite offers them for 6.99. They are Ok if you use your own nameservers
