@fastcool unfortunately you only get a one time $1 transfer when you first sign up, it can be a com or info or I think org as well.

@thekiller 1&1 hasn't got the most beautiful interface that's for sure but I can't say I've ever had any problems with them. I don't use them as my main registrar but if I can breathe an extra year into a domain that's about to drop for just $1 why not?

Each TLD has its own price.

And Reg and Transfer prices are the same at 1and1 for ANY TLD.
