Cheap hosting with a lot of space

i need some cheap hostin , but with plenty of space, becuz i`m starting a qality free file upload site so i wold need about 50 gigs to start out. I also need 5 mysql database 5 subdomains and 5 email accounts . Hosting must be with cpanel. Max price $60/month .

There have been some bad reviews on them. Look at BBB, there are hundreds of complaints and there company grade is an "F".
