my guess has to be he sold the domain for double if some idiot bought nfts.com for 15mil which was probably the same guy that offered 2o mil for nft.com ,and that was the top of the nft market ,then why would this guy sell for less than that with all the real potential that this science has and which he believes still has ,voice went for 30 mil ,so this guy at least doubled his money. but i own the real chat.com maybe he will buy it from me and still own it I will donate 20k to sloan ket and 20k to shahs charity if he takes the afternic offer. https://www.afternic.com/search?k=chatdotcom.com&tld=com

i have never seen a domain sell above 10 mill on NB.

buying it for 10 mil is already high risk if not the top. Not sure if he's just lucky or im inexperienced in pricing but very rare for any domain to sell for seven figs, much much less eight figs.

he must be a golden Domainer because I would not have risked buying chat for 10 mil if I had the cash.... let alone flip it that fast

in fact, sex.com was resold at a net loss of 1 mil.... 5 years later

would be a bigger attention grabber if he bought my domain chatdotcom it would get both of our charities money and I can pay my renewals for a couple years ,and he can still say he owns chat ,and with his luck sell it to the same people for500k
