ChargerTek any good?

Hi,

I'm referring to the http://chargertek.in/ site. I'm interested in a reseller plan there but I'm very hesitant. I seen http://chargertek.com/ is suspended and I'm wondering if the same thing is going to happen with them as the owner said he managed both companies.

Anyone have any experiences? This is pretty urgent and I'm really curious.

i've used igchosting, which is a company of chargertek, and it's alright, but i don't use them any more.

I want clarify -- Impact Global Communications, LLC (IGCHosting.com) is a separate company and not under or part of chargertek. IGC did however acquire all of chargertek's shared and reseller hosting customers a couple of months ago. We also do work together on other projects - from time to time.

So if you go with Chargertek.in you are going with IGC and not chargertek.com.

Impact Global Communications, LLC has been around for a long time(over 6 years) and has no intentions of leaving!

Hmmm, i have a simple account with chargertek.in and had no idea that they were sold or igc was in control.

If youuse support through the main company and not chargertek you get a response faster. I would pass unless its for 1 site you dont really care about.

Sorry you didn't hear we acquired the accounts from Chargertek. We will be sure to commuicate that information to chargertek.in customers.

Main company? Do you mean our support system? www.igchosting.com/support or somewhere else?

I will say this - we have been in busy for over 6 years with very little downtime and minimal complaints amongst customers.

They are okay.
I used them once, but somehow their server got compromised and I was refunded.

I just wanted to update that I purchased the base reseller account for four months and it has been great so far.
