Anyone else run into problems changing the email address on their whois.sc account?

They require that you click on the link in and email that they send to both the old address and the new address. Problem is that they never send you the email to the new address, only the old address so you cannot change the email address on your account.

They don't have any customer service over there at whois.sc (yet they charge $15/mo. for a full membership). The only contact info they give you is an email address that states "business only". I sent and email anyhow but they never responded. I didn't think they would.

I changed my email address there several months ago. I remember it being difficult to find where to do it, but once found it worked fine.

Actually, I just got off the phone with my new ISP. The problem is on their end. For some reason my new email address with them will not accept emails from whois.sc or nameintel.com. Nothing they can do. I filled out a whitelist request form.

I changed my email address with whois.sc to a yahoo account and it worked fine.

My new ISP? Verizon DSL. If they do not fix this within a week (highly unlikely) I will be cancelling the service. Reason being that I have no idea who else they are blocking and therefore that makes it highly unreliable, especially for business. Too bad because although it is supposed to be slower than my cable ISP connection, I cannot tell the difference, except when I FTP files to my websites, and that does not bother me as I would be saving over $25/month.

Oh, well, I digress...

To reiterate, the problem is with my new ISP, not whois.sc.
