Changing to 2 Color ?

Any idea how to change a picture to 2 color (but not Black n White) in Photoshop?

That's sort of true, but then it'd be more of greyscale, then simply black and white.

Maybe desaturating the picture it is what you're looking for?

Maybe a desaturate then a gradient would work?

Depends on the picture I guess.

Try hue & saturation. Click the color checkbox and than you can change color of the entire thing.
